Answered all my questions didn't overwhelm me with calls during the period of purchase and a few weeks before collection (I guess this is customer dependant but i preferred it this way) Felt appreciated and welcomed.

Customer service I received from Adam at Marshall Grimsby was first class! Any questions any alterations to my order or just a simple update was always responded to promptly! He made me feel like a valid customer that will want to return!

Whilst only an MOT, it was done on an allocated time slot (not all day) and it was completed within two hours which was acceptable to me.
