I don't feel like it was a proper handover experience as it was done on the forecourt instead of indoors. At 17.55 I was told we would need to hurry up as my old vehicle was parked in the way of staff cars who wanted to go home.

All ok except i had to leave the car with dealer as fault message came on during handover, I went on holiday the next day so didn't actually get the car home until 2 weeks later.

Inside of car was dirty on the seat and internal door handle from the technician. Date and time needed resetting as it had been turned off.
