Main workshop was being renovated wasn't informed until late the previous day after I'd arranged a lift so had to charge plans. At site, no space to park. The contact I had then left before ready so had to guess if completed. Asked for wash, wasn't.

I have only had a positive feel whenever I have been to the service centre along with warm and friendly staff.

You fixed the problem so that's a big positive. But, you kept the car for 3 weeks and didn't offer a single update, in fact made it clear that there would be no point in me ringing to ask for one. Not great customer service.

Had my car serviced was asked if I would like my car cleaned ( I said yes even though the weather wasn't great) it wasn't done. When Audi give the same service, they do both inside and outside!!!

Service and MOT booked one month in advance. The day before was rung to say the MOT couldnt be done due to a shortage of slots at the tempoary MOT station . Gareth worked hard to rectify this and must be commended. Satified with work done.
