Very unhappy to find a scratch on boot of car. Happy with handover but the detailing of the car was very poor. Areas of car still dirty, squashed flies and appeared to have just been wiped down, was not how a new car should look.

Communication lacking at key points during order period. We were promised that we would be contacted to test drive the demonstration car as soon as it arrived but no one did. Handover car had scratches on and covered in water type marks.

There were some issues with the first car, paintwork was damaged when Marshal Grimsby received it from another area. However Ewan and Adam did all they could to speed up and replace the original car. They are a credit to your organisation.

Wrong size brake discs fitted to the front of my car, when I ask them to check to make sure they were correct they assured me the part number was identical and they were definitely correct, went home & measured they put 320 mm should have been 370 mm

I had to explain 3 times what the car was in for to 3 different people as the information did not get passed on. Even finally dropping the car at bmw, I had to explain the problem and the car was 1 year old so covered under warranty

The car wasn't washed or hoovered both times the car went in for repairs. The customer service was excellent though.

Time scale for completion of work estimated as 40 min, but took two hours. A set of strange keys left in my car. I was told the car was being washed and hoovered but it wasn't. Low lressure in the front tyre, just managed to get home.

The centre and the staff were excellent, but BMWs pricing strategy has become unwarranted in recent years. It is no longer worth the extra cost to service with BMW.

Nice, clean and comfortable waiting area, and very courteous front desk. I was kept waiting beyond the booked check in time though by the service team, and for the first time I can remember at any service centre, the car wasn't washed (hosepipe ban?)

Staff on reception were lovely, the workshops staff had no idea how to reset the app. It is showing multiple faults also showing brake fluid needs topping up and service needs doing. The vehicle was in for a service.
