We must say that when we arrived for our first ever drive of a BMW, a test drive by appointment the keys were there but the car wasn't. So we rescheduled for Saturday arrived and the salesman came in saw us and then was 22 minutes late.

Very unhappy to find a scratch on boot of car. Happy with handover but the detailing of the car was very poor. Areas of car still dirty, squashed flies and appeared to have just been wiped down, was not how a new car should look.

Communication lacking at key points during order period. We were promised that we would be contacted to test drive the demonstration car as soon as it arrived but no one did. Handover car had scratches on and covered in water type marks.

There were some issues with the first car, paintwork was damaged when Marshal Grimsby received it from another area. However Ewan and Adam did all they could to speed up and replace the original car. They are a credit to your organisation.

Form filling was made as quick and easy as possible by doing most transactions on a smartphone. Car was clean and tidy and the basics explained. Being an EV, it was suitably charged.

Key fob battery not changed as requested. I returned Wednesday morning to report this to be told I would need to return Saturday as the parts dept were stocktaking. When I suggested leaving the key fob with the receptionist she said would lose it!

There seems to be an ethos of money making in every visit to this dealer. I arrived very concerned that my instrument binnacle had failed to be given no fix other than a new part at £1675 ish. The additional vehicle inspection suggested £1450 more.

Booked for a service and MOT with a waiting appointment, arrived at 1020hrs to be told the MOT will be delayed as it would be done off-site. They also had no record of my service request. Total wait time approx 6hrs ??

The service aspect was fine but I have a managers gold card and requested a full valet in plenty of time. The car was washed ( doors not opened to clean sils) and front mats only vacuumed. This is the third time this hasn't happened when my car in !

I asked for my remote key fob battery to be changed, but as I drove away after the service, my dashboard told me that my battery was discharged. I assume that my battery had not been changed, as asked.

I was sent this but unsure why I have never owned this vehicle and on the video health check the technician says a customers name which is different to mine I have called them and asked that I be removed from this vehicle I don't own a BMW

Wrong size brake discs fitted to the front of my car, when I ask them to check to make sure they were correct they assured me the part number was identical and they were definitely correct, went home & measured they put 320 mm should have been 370 mm

I had to explain 3 times what the car was in for to 3 different people as the information did not get passed on. Even finally dropping the car at bmw, I had to explain the problem and the car was 1 year old so covered under warranty

The car wasn't washed or hoovered both times the car went in for repairs. The customer service was excellent though.

Time scale for completion of work estimated as 40 min, but took two hours. A set of strange keys left in my car. I was told the car was being washed and hoovered but it wasn't. Low lressure in the front tyre, just managed to get home.

The centre and the staff were excellent, but BMWs pricing strategy has become unwarranted in recent years. It is no longer worth the extra cost to service with BMW.

Nice, clean and comfortable waiting area, and very courteous front desk. I was kept waiting beyond the booked check in time though by the service team, and for the first time I can remember at any service centre, the car wasn't washed (hosepipe ban?)

Staff on reception were lovely, the workshops staff had no idea how to reset the app. It is showing multiple faults also showing brake fluid needs topping up and service needs doing. The vehicle was in for a service.

The Oil service couldn't be completed in the time agreed which meant we could have our back until the next day. Waited in for a call but no one called to let us know when the car was ready and it couldn't be cleaned either,so overall subaverage.
